The word “Remarkablism™” originates from the original core value ‘Provide Remarkable Service;’ however, over the years, Remarkablism™ has become a term used to describe the Turnkey Way. It is much broader than simply ‘providing remarkable service’ – it’s a philosophy and a way of life that emphasizes individual and group excellence through infinite development.
While Remarkablism™ teaches that “perfection” is a conceptual goal that can never be achieved, perfection is the unattainable benchmark that should always be sought after through constant growth, self-review, and innovation. The philosophy that one should constantly strive toward delivering a higher quality result (both personally and professionally), drives Turnkey team members to constantly exceed expectations and ultimately provide remarkable service to our clients, each other, and those we care about.
Remarkablism™ can be thought of as the embodiment of all the core values, but it’s more than just the sum total of the core seven. It is the combination of each value along with the individual’s unique expression of those values through their personal talents and creativity that brings Remarkablism™ to life.
PROVIDE REMARKABLE SERVICE
Turnkey’s #1 value is ‘Provide Remarkable Service.’ It’s the value that inspired the term Remarkablism™, and it’s the #1 goal of everything we do. In fact, it’s the center point for our Flywheel (which you’ll learn about soon!). Being ‘Remarkable’ is about exceeding expectations – being different (in a good way), and personally holding yourself to a higher standard than the minimum bar. It’s an individual challenge to go the extra mile for someone else when you can. It’s the special card that comes with the present, the cherry on a sundae, and the little sparkle that sets your work apart. We also think of ‘Service’ more broadly than just the work we do for clients – it’s the work we do as leaders for our team, for a colleague in need, those we care about, and the community. When you choose to take the time to put someone else before yourself, do a 5-star job!
